OUR SERVICES
We offer a wide range of tooling for plastic injection and die-casting. We also make blow molds. Whether
for technical, appearance or other types of parts, we can design and manufacture molds to meet your
specific requirements. Our capabilities include the manufacture of bi-material tooling, suitable for
applications requiring the use of different materials in the same part. We can also design molds for high
production rates, to increase the efficiency of your manufacturing process.
CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY
Our machine park consists of four machining centers, including a five-axis Mazak center, three EDM
machines, one of which is dedicated to wire cutting and rapid drilling, and three lathes including a
numerical lathe.
A 65-ton press is available for injection testing.
We are equipped with a cutting-edge laser welding robot.
We can weld your cavities in stainless steel and Stavax, Z38, 140 Kg, 110 Kg, and aluminum.
